Victorian Stoneware Hot Water Bottle

A victorian stoneware hot water bottle. Although I can’t see any damage to it, I don’t know if it’s safe to use due to its age. 

Condition: some chips to the stopper and some superficial manufacturing cracks. Please see photos.

Approx measurements:
23.5 cm (9 1/4”) long
12 cm (4 3/4”) wide
