A beautiful pair of antique red and white Staffordshire dogs, taking the form of seated hearth spaniels. The two figures have slightly different details and colours, which suggests that they weren’t a pair originally. c.1860-1880.
Condition: only some crazing and wear to the paint. Please see pictures.
Approx measurements: 16 cm (6 1/4”) tall
The item may be packaged with repurposed materials, but it will be wrapped well for a safe journey.
