A beautiful porcelain box with hinged lid and floral pattern. Suitable as a jewellery box or for other small treasures. Likely from the 19th century. The mark is very faded which makes it difficult to identify the maker, but it looks French or German.
Condition: there are some fine surface cracks in the glaze. Some tarnish to the brass parts too.
Approx measurements: 9 cm (3 1/2”) diameter 6.5 cm (2 1/2”) tall
