A stunning gravy boat made by Wallis Gimson in the “Alexandria” pattern (R.N. 39268). Beautiful petrol blue pattern with birds, bamboo, flowers and other greenery. C. 1880s
Condition: there are a couple of imperfections to the glaze in the bottom inside (manufacturing fault), please see photos. Also a lot of wear to the gold rim.
Approx measurements: 18.5 cm (7 1/4”) spout to handle 8.5 cm (3 1/4”) tall measured at spout
A matching ladle is available in my shop and can be purchased individually.
The item may be packaged with repurposed materials, but it will be wrapped well for a safe journey.
